View the submitted declaration and scroll to the bottom of the summary. Use the ‘print for records’ button and instead of a printer, select the option ‘save to PDF’. You can save the summary as a PDF.
Can I get a printed copy?
View the submitted declaration and scroll to the bottom of the page. You can use the ‘print for records’ button to send the summary to your printer. If you have an accessibility requirement and you need to request a hardcopy, please contact us.
