How do I get a new passcode for my declaration of compliance?
If you've lost or need a new passcode, you can request a new passcode. Simply enter your email address to get a new one.
You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your new passcode. Follow the link and you will be given your new passcode.
Please note: If the link in the email doesn’t work by clicking on it to open it up, simply copy the link and paste it into your browser (ie: Internet Explorer, Chrome etc). The link will only be valid for 24 hours and can only be used once.
