How do I appeal an enforcement notice?

If you believe that you should not have been issued an automatic enrolment notice, you can appeal against a notice, the first step is to apply to us for a review.

You have 28 days from the date of issue of the notice or penalty to apply for a review.

Reviews are taking approximately 10 working days to process. We deal with reviews in date order and we will suspend enforcement action on the case until the review outcome has been completed.
